We are Lyra
Alexandre's passion is to accompany clients in clarifying their current position, coach them through the drafting of a personal plan and address all their challenges to ensure they reach their goals.
Born in Geneva, Alexandre has Swiss and Swedish nationalities. He holds an MBA obtained between the ESADE, Barcelona and Duke University, USA.
Alexandre began his professional career in 1996 at LEM SA as head of Analytical Accounting, before joining Darier Hentsch & Cie, which was then on the verge of merging to become the well known private bank, Lombard Odier Darier Hentsch & Cie. He remained a private banker for eight years, spending his time between Geneva, Switzerland and Nassau, Bahamas. Alexandre speaks five languages: French, Swedish, English, Spanish and German.
Sara focuses on individuals that have time-consuming careers. She ensures they can stay in control of their personal finances in the most efficient manner possible, facilitating quick, informed decisions.
Born in Stockholm to a Swedish mother and a Lebanese father, Sara has lived and worked in London, Stockholm, Dubai and Geneva. She holds a B.A from the University of Lund and a M.Sc. from the London School of Economics.
Sara began her career in Stockholm in 2004 with Fred Wachtmeister & Partners as a consultant helping wealthy families reduce bank and fiscal costs. Three years later she joined NASDAQ Dubai in the UAE where she managed the business development team. After moving to Geneva Sara worked for RBS Coutts before joining Lyra. Sara is fluent in English and Swedish.
Ulrika has spent her whole career within the banking industry focusing on entrepreneurs and wealthy families. She is passionate about helping her clients reach their life goals by optimising their financial situation.
She is born in Uppsala, Sweden from where she also holds an MBA in Economics (Uppsala University).
Ulrika began her professional career as a financial advisor in 2002 at the Swedish bank SEB, and subsequently joined Bandling & Partners (Stockholm). Since 2017 she is part of the Lyra team.
Dzanila has considerable experience from the financial industry where she has held various roles with focus on the implementation of new regulations and securities trading. Before Dzanila joined Lyra, she worked as a back office-specialist at a leading Swedish bank. Dzanila has a Degree of Master of Science in Business and Logistics from Stockholm University.
At Lyra, Dzanila is primarily focused on compliance and our administrative processes. Dzanila joined Lyra in March 2022.
Marcus has a previous background in accounting and auditing, where he put great focus on helping entrepreneurs in the start-up phase of their travels. He also has a long career, 13 years and over 200 games, as a professional footballer in both the Swedish and Norwegian premier leagues. Marcus is thus used to combining time-consuming work with delivering high-quality customer solutions. Today, his ambition is to help entrepreneurs and elite athletes optimize their cash flows and reach their financial goals.
Marcus has a great passion for the financial markets and has more than a decade of experience investing in the stock market. In addition, he has a multifaceted personal understanding of qualitative financial advice. Marcus was born in Gävle, where he also holds a bachelor's degree in business administration at the University of Gävle. He joined Lyra in March 2020.
Moa has spent most of her career within the banking sector where she has helped both private- and corporate clients with their finances. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics, from Malmö University, with a major in IT and leadership/project management. Moa is passionate about creating value for her clients by building long-term relationships.
Moa started her professional career at Handelsbanken Malmö in 2015 and moved to Stockholm in 2017 when she was offered a new role within Handelsbanken as a financial advisor. She comes most recently from Handelsbanken Östermalmstorg where she has worked as a financial adviser to the bank's key customers. Moa joined Lyra in January 2023.
Adam is passionate about building strong client relationships and most recently served as an AML Analyst at Swedbank where he focused on risk assessment. Prior to commencing his career in the finance industry, he earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration specialising in finance, from Stockholm University in 2022.
Outside of his professional endeavours, Adam is interested in football. He assumed the position of Associate at Lyra in May 2023.
Alexander is a committed relationship builder and thrives where knowledge meets a sense of adventure. Previously, he was employed at Klarna Bank where he was tasked with improving parts of the customer experience and found solutions to internal as well as external problems.
Alexander holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the University of Exeter and has previous experience from a range of different fields, such as agriculture in Australia and charity work at UNHCR. Alexander joined Lyra in March of 2023.
Joel is especially interested in finance and accounting and has an ambition to help people understand the importance of their private finances. He is mainly focused on client reports and analysing hidden fees in portfolios.
Joel has a great passion for sports and has played football through his whole youth in Djurårdens IF. Through his sports experience he has developed as a team-player spirit and learned how to take responsibility.
In June 2019 Joel joined Lyra as a trainee and he became an Associate in 2021. Joel has a Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics from Stockholm School of Economics.
Linnéa is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in International Business at the Stockholm School of Economics and works part-time along with her studies. She started working for Lyra as a full-time Associate in August 2020. In her work at Lyra, Linnéa is mainly focused on our digital marketing as well as sustainability related questions.
Linnéa has previous work experience from Business Sweden and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Retail Management from the Stockholm School of Economics.
Marie-Louise has a long background within customer service and assisting roles. She has previous experience of working as an executive assistant as well as different administrative roles. Previously she has worked at both small and large companies, where she has delivered situation-based solutions. Marie-Louise is driven by challenges, creating improvement and developing new ways of working.
At Lyra, Marie-Louise supports the rest of the team in different processes. She also coordinates client meetings and the deliverance of material.
Marie-Louise was born in Stockholm and graduated from Östra Real. She is moreover a licensed spa- and skin therapist and since young age she has had an interest in training and yoga. Marie-Louise joined Lyra in May 2019.
Per Anders Fasth has a proven track record in the Swedish and European financial industry, with several high-profile assignments. He was a senior executive with the SEB Group for several years followed by positions at SBAB and ERC. Per Anders has more than two decades of combined experience as a board member in the financial sector with among others Skandiabanken, Piraeus Bank (Greece), SBAB and Sileo Kapital. This has resulted in a strong network in both Sweden and internationally. In addition, Per Anders has been a management consultant for McKinsey and QVARTZ (Bain & Company), advisor to the Ministry of Finance in Ukraine and the World Bank, to mention a few.
Per Anders holds a Master of Science degree from Stockholm School of Economics and an Executive Education from IMD in Lausanne.
Johan has academic as well as practical experience of economic psychology, professional negotiation tactics and transformational processes.
He began his career at Stockholm School of Economics as a researcher in 1994-1999. There he focused on economic psychology and was part of the team that founded the first academic program on psychological negotiation for companies.
Since then he has worked as a lecturer, consultant and trainer for a vast number of companies and organisations across Sweden.
Johan is born and raised in Sweden. In addition to his research years he holds an MBA from the Stockholm School of Economics and a Bachelor’s degree (psychology, political science and Swedish) from Stockholm University.
Richard Gröttheim has a long and solid experience from the finance industry where he has been active since 1985. He is currently the CEO of AP7, the seventh AP fund, where over four million Swedes place their premium pension. AP7 aims to contribute to a safe retirement for its investors and has almost 700 billion SEK under management. Richard has previously worked as a Director at Sweden’s Central Bank. Prior to this, he worked at Aragon Fondkommission and Götabanken.
Richard shares Lyra’s views on sound and evidence-based investment principles. He became a member of our board of directors in December 2020.
Samir has extensive experience from the finance industry and currently holds the position as Senior Advisor for Trill Impact. Before joining Trill, he carried leading positions at IK Investment Partners, EQT Partners as well as Novo Holdings. Along with his role as member of Lyra’s board, he is a board member of several other companies.
Samir holds a Bachelor of Science from Imperial College in London and a Master of Science from Stockholm School of Economics.
