Sara focuses on individuals that have time-consuming careers. She ensures they can stay in control of their personal finances in the most efficient manner possible, facilitating quick, informed decisions.

Born in Stockholm to a Swedish mother and a Lebanese father, Sara has lived and worked in London, Stockholm, Dubai and Geneva. She holds a B.A from the University of Lund and a M.Sc. from the London School of Economics.

Sara began her career in Stockholm in 2004 with Fred Wachtmeister & Partners as a consultant helping wealthy families reduce bank and fiscal costs. Three years later she joined NASDAQ Dubai in the UAE where she managed the business development team. After moving to Geneva Sara worked for RBS Coutts before joining Lyra. Sara is fluent in English and Swedish.

Alexandre's passion is to accompany clients in clarifying their current position, coach them through the drafting of a personal plan and address all their challenges to ensure they reach their goals.

Born in Geneva, Alexandre has Swiss and Swedish nationalities. He holds an MBA obtained between the ESADE, Barcelona and Duke University, USA.

Alexandre began his professional career in 1996 at LEM SA as head of Analytical Accounting, before joining Darier Hentsch & Cie, which was then on the verge of merging to become the well known private bank, Lombard Odier Darier Hentsch & Cie. He remained a private banker for eight years, spending his time between Geneva, Switzerland and Nassau, Bahamas. Alexandre speaks five languages: French, Swedish, English, Spanish and German.

Ulrika has spent her whole career within the banking industry focusing on entrepreneurs and wealthy families. She is passionate about helping her clients reach their life goals by optimising their financial situation.

She is born in Uppsala, Sweden from where she also holds an MBA in Economics (Uppsala University).

Ulrika began her professional career as a financial advisor in 2002 at the Swedish bank SEB, and subsequently joined Bandling & Partners (Stockholm). Since 2017 she is part of the Lyra team.

Marcus has a previous background in accounting and auditing, where he put great focus on helping entrepreneurs in the start-up phase of their travels. He also has a long career, 13 years and over 200 games, as a professional footballer in both the Swedish and Norwegian premier leagues. Marcus is thus used to combining time-consuming work with delivering high-quality customer solutions. Today, his ambition is to help entrepreneurs and elite athletes optimize their cash flows and reach their financial goals. 

Marcus has a great passion for the financial markets and has more than a decade of experience investing in the stock market. In addition, he has a multifaceted personal understanding of qualitative financial advice. Marcus was born in Gävle, where he also holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration at the University of Gävle. He joined Lyra in March 2020.

Joel has an interest in finance and accounting and has an ambition to help people understand the importance of their private finances. In his work, he is primarily focused on finding the solutions best suited for each unique situation.

Joel joined Lyra as a trainee in June 2019. He holds a bachelor's degree in Business and Economics from Stockholm School of Economics and a master's degree in Accounting and Finance from Lund University.

Johan holds a master's degree in economics from Lund University. He has a great interest in finance and analytical work. In addition to his education and civilian career, Johan is also active in the Swedish Armed Forces.

Johan joined Lyra after completing his education in Lund and started his role as an Associate in October 2023.

Viktor holds a bachelor's degree in Business and Economics from Stockholm School of Economics, where he developed a keen interest in analytical pursuits and contributed to the establishment of a fundamental course in artificial intelligence.

Prior to joining Lyra as an Associate in June 2023, Viktor worked at Skyqraft, specializing in financing, financial modeling and analysis.

Christofer has always had a strong interest in finance and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Skövde. Before joining Lyra, he worked at Handelsbanken, where he spent several years advising high-net-worth individuals—helping them navigate a wide range of goals, dreams, and challenges. His driving force has always been to guide people in using their finances as a tool to shape their lives—rather than the other way around. 

For Christofer, financial advice is about more than just numbers. It is about listening, understanding, and offering honest, sustainable solutions—always with the client’s goals at the centre. 

Christofer joined Lyra in September 2025. 

Märta joined Lyra in September 2025 after completing a master’s degree in Digital Business at Copenhagen Business School. 

She previously studied Digital Cultures at Lund University, which sparked her interest in how digitalisation shapes both society and business. 

Märta is passionate about making the complex more accessible, combining an analytical mindset with a creative drive. Between her studies, she worked in marketing in the United States, where she developed her skills in strategy and communication. 

Outside of work, Märta enjoys cooking, playing tennis, and discovering new places—often through food, culture, and people.

Alexander has a great interest in the financial markets and is passionate about client relations. He holds a double degree from Lund University in Business and Economics as well as Philosophy.

Before Alexander joined Lyra in May 2022, he worked as an Associate at Kaptena.

Kristoffer holds a bachelor’s degree in Business and Economics, with a specialization in financial accounting from Uppsala University. He has a great interest in financial markets and enjoys approaching problems analytically. Outside of work, Kristoffer is a passionate sports fan and golfer.  

Kristoffer joined Lyra as a summer intern in June 2025, and transitioned to the role of Associate in September 2025.

Arvind has over 15 years of experience in the financial industry, having held roles such as COO, CFO and risk manager. He has worked across both investment and operational functions at several established asset managers, with a focus on regulatory compliance, operational risk management, and business support. At Lyra, Arvind is passionate about bringing people, systems, and ideas together—creating clarity from complexity.

He pursued a master’s degree in Finance from Stockholm University and has a technical background from KTH.

In his free time, Arvind enjoys reading, traveling, and engaging in a good conversation over a cup of coffee. He joined Lyra in March 2025.

Johan has a keen interest in the finance industry, as it is a sector that is constantly evolving through new regulations and innovations, as well as changes in the global environment. This requires quick adaptability and a continuous focus on improving processes with the customers best interest in mind, which suits Johan perfectly.

Johan most recently comes from Nordnet Bank, and prior to that, he worked with Sweden’s participation in the World Expo 2020.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Uppsala University. Johan joined Lyra as an Operations Manager in January 2024.

Karin has extensive experience in marketing and communication and has spent most of her career in Switzerland. She is passionate about a long-term, sustainable approach to marketing, with a strong focus on building client relationships.

Karin holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a master's degree in Business Management from the School of Business, Economics & Law at the University of Gothenburg.

Outside of work, she enjoys hiking in the mountains and skiing down well-groomed slopes. Additionally, Karin has a passion for music and likes to listen to a diverse range of genres, from folk to opera.

Karin joined Lyra as Head of Marketing in September 2024.

Helenah has over 20 years of experience from the service industry, specialising in hotel management and conferences. She has studied management and operations in the hotel and restaurant sectors, both in her hometown Stockholm and in Hawaii.

At Lyra, Helenah is responsible for providing administrative support to the team by coordinating client meetings, travel bookings and preparing materials. Beyond that, she ensures a pleasant and welcoming working environment for colleagues and visitors.

Helenah is passionate about personal development and mental health. For her own well-being, she prioritises training with weights and recovery, preferably by reading a good book. Helenah joined Lyra in August 2024.

Emmy holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Banking and Finance at Stockholm University. She works part-time at Lyra alongside her studies and is primarily focused on our marketing. In her role, Emmy is pleased to combine her knowledge in finance with her interest in communications.

Emmy joined Lyra in November 2023. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time in nature and is a passionate skier.

Viktor har en kandidatexamen i Business and Economics från Handelshögskolan i Stockholm, där han utvecklade ett starkt intresse för analytiskt arbete och bland annat bidrog till etableringen av en grundläggande kurs i artificiell intelligens.

Innan Viktor anslöt sig till Lyra som Associate i juni 2023, arbetade han med finansiering, finansiell modellering och analys på Skyqraft.

Per Anders Fasth has a proven track record in the Swedish and European financial industry, with several high-profile assignments. He was a senior executive with the SEB Group for several years followed by positions at SBAB and ERC. Per Anders has more than two decades of combined experience as a board member in the financial sector with among others Skandiabanken, Piraeus Bank (Greece), SBAB and Sileo Kapital. This has resulted in a strong network in both Sweden and internationally. In addition, Per Anders has been a management consultant for McKinsey and QVARTZ (Bain & Company), advisor to the Ministry of Finance in Ukraine and the World Bank, to mention a few.

Per Anders holds a Master of Science degree from Stockholm School of Economics and an Executive Education from IMD in Lausanne.

Richard Gröttheim has a long and solid experience from the finance industry where he has been active since 1985. In 2023, he resigned from his position as CEO at the seventh AP fund, where over four million Swedes place their premium pension. AP7 aims to contribute to a safe retirement for its investors and has almost 700 billion SEK under management. Richard has previously worked as a Director at Sweden’s Central Bank. Prior to this, he worked at Aragon Fondkommission and Götabanken.

Richard shares Lyra’s views on sound and evidence-based investment principles. He became a member of our board of directors in December 2020.

Samir has extensive experience from the finance industry and currently holds the position as Senior Advisor for Trill Impact. Before joining Trill, he carried leading positions at IK Investment Partners, EQT Partners as well as Novo Holdings. Along with his role as member of Lyra’s board, he is a board member of several other companies.

Samir holds a Bachelor of Science from Imperial College in London and a Master of Science from Stockholm School of Economics.
